HOW TO STORE

Excessive moisture and heat kills greens; be sure that the greens are dried before storing, and get them cool as fast as possible.

Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.

If the greens get wilty, soak in cool water until the leaves perk back up, then dry completely.

If the greens won’t perk, consider cooking them before you pitch them.

If greens are wilty and smell like a dirty fish tank, it’s probably best to throw them out, because it is damn near impossible to get that smell out.
